Job Description - Workday Business Analyst - HR - HYBRID

Our Vancouver client is embarking on a transformative project to implement the Workday ERP system, aimed at optimizing HR, payroll, and finance operations. We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Analyst to play a key role in this initiative. As part of the project team under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, you will focus on analyzing current HR processes, preparing specifications, and documenting requirements using BPMN. If you have a strong background in HR module implementations, particularly with Workday, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities
• Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and integration within the Workday ERP system.
• Prepare detailed functional, non-functional, and technical specifications for HR module configuration.
• Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes using BPMN.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR system configurations with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Support testing, data migration, and training efforts related to the Workday HR module implementation.

Qualifications
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing Workday ERP systems, with a focus on the HR module.
• Proven track record of successfully leading or supporting HR module implementations in large-scale ERP projects.
• Strong expertise in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing HR processes using industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of business analysis principles and experience in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; certifications in Workday HCM or relevant areas preferred.
