In this role, you'll:

Support the planning and delivery of maintenance and operational activities across the Vehicle Ferry Service network.
Coordinate contractors, procurement, materials and maintenance works to support service delivery.
Manage records, workforce administration and operational systems to ensure accurate and efficient processes.
Respond to customer enquiries and support asset inspections and facility maintenance.
Promote safe, compliant and efficient operations through strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

About you

Experience providing administrative, operational or project support within a maintenance, asset management or infrastructure environment.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Sound problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly when managing records, systems and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
A commitment to safety, customer service and continuous improvement.

This position is based in Mortlake NSW. Flexible work arrangements might be available.
