Location: Langley, BC 

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (Monday-Friday)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team in support of bridge and infrastructure construction. This role involves assisting with a variety of yard-based tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general yard labour and housekeeping duties as required


• Assist with organizing and sorting construction materials and equipment


• Support loading, unloading, and securing materials


• Assist with day-to-day yard activities


• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment


• Participate in yard improvement and maintenance projects.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions


• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials and equipment


• Combination of equipment operation and physical labour throughout the workday


• Required PPE includes work boots and hard hat; additional PPE will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
  


• Ability to use/learn to use power tools, and yard equipment

• Basic understanding of safety protocols on a work site

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs


• Good verbal and written English communication skills


• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• $26-$28 per hour.
