What You’ll Do:

• Administer and oversee the administration of human resources programs including, but not 
  limited to, payroll, benefits, performance and talent management, productivity, employee 
  relations, recognition, DEI, and training and development.


• Collaborate with Director, HR to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to 
  staffing, recruiting, and retention. Executes best practices for hiring and talent 
  management.


• Build effective relationships across the organization through effective communication.


• Confidentially manage disputes and grievance resolution through effective incident 
  investigations.


• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, while addressing various 
  collective agreement requirements.  


• Facilitate the professional development, training, and career development of direct reports.


• Ensure all employee information in company HRIS system through effective process audits 
  and established audit schedules.


• Collaborate with Health and Safety to support initiatives, programs, and promote safety at 
  work.


• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Post-Secondary Degree, Diploma, or Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources or Human 
  Resources Management or a related field  


• 3+ Years HR generalist experience  


• 2+ Years experience coaching/ providing leadership
