This hands-on management role works closely with on-site Supervisors and program leadership to keep our housing programs running smoothly.

This role is ideal for an experienced Youth Care Worker, Team Lead, or Supervisor ready to step into a formal management position.

  • Experience supervising staff or acting as a team lead (asset)

  • A deep commitment to equity, harm reduction, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

  • A drive to build others up, improve systems, and hold space for complexity

Additional Requirements

  • Strong time management and documentation skills

  • Valid SK Driver’s License and acceptable driver abstract

  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance (upon hire)

  • Comfortable using HR software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office

  • First Aid/CPR, ASIST, or Mental Health First Aid (asset; training can be provided)

Why Work With Us

At Street Culture Project, we’re not just a team—we’re a movement. We meet youth where they’re at and build relationships rooted in trust, accountability, and care.
