Come join our award-winning studio as our YouTube Channel Manager and help bring our hit shows and beloved characters to life doing what you love! 

You'll help shape content strategy across a portfolio of global kids and family YouTube channels with billions of views and millions of subscribers, so we're looking for a creator who understands what it takes to build audiences at a truly global scale.

You’ll be responsible for developing and creating content, managing channel operations, and driving audience and revenue growth. You’ll also have the opportunity to leverage the assets you create onto other platforms like Reels and TikToks.

This position requires strong video editing and thumbnail design skills, along with a keen eye for analytics and trends.

Duties and Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: 

• Create videos for multiple made-for-kids YouTube channels and social media accounts using a combination of editorial content, repurposed episodic footage, motion graphics, and live-action elements


• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails using best practices that will drive CTR


• Manage channel operations, monthly calendars, uploading videos, optimizing metadata


• Conduct audience analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking to inform content creation and optimization


• Monitor channel analytics and identify opportunities for improvement


• Stay up-to-date on YouTube trends and best practices

Contract duration: Full time.

Expected compensation: $55, 000 to $65, 000, depending on experience and role requirements.
