As a Showcase Assistant Manager you will support your Store Manager in
contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on
delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales
potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations
and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and
preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures.   
What you’ll be doing…
 High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product
knowledge and suggestive selling
 Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
 Contributing to your store’s success by maximizing sales and key metrics
 Support your store manager by ensuring execution of store standards, policies &
procedures
 Maximizing sales potential by leading associates' behaviours on the sales floor,
setting expectations and ensuring execution.
What you’ll need to be successful…      
 A minimum of one year supervisor experience in a retail environment
 A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
 A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s
policies and procedures.   
 Effective coaching skills, with the ability to inspire top performers
 Superior time management and organizational skills
 Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
 Demonstration experience an asset
