You'll drive positive interactions, manage financial transactions, oversee inventory, and champion customer experiences. Your leadership will transform challenges into opportunities for customer retention. *Qualifications:*

• Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
• CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
• 3+ years leadership experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in sales, customer service, and cash handling
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savviness with various platforms
• Desire to understand cannabis deeply

* Education in business, sales, or related field (desirable)*Responsibilities:*

• Lead opening and closing procedures
• Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Address customer inquiries and concerns
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Drive sales targets and profitability through team collaboration
