Our client is looking for a Data Entry candidates to join their team. This exciting opportunity is an On Site role, with the possibility of a long term placement! The right candidate must have previous experience handling legal or confidential documents, and strong Excel skills. If you are looking for a long term opportunity please apply today! Location: Yonge St and Sheppard Ave (North York) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30A to 6:30P (rotating schedule) Roles and Responsibilities Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information Land title searches & processing of legal documents Effectively use different software for different province requirements and ensure accuracy Qualifications and Experience Must have: Intermediate Excel knowledge Previous experience handling confidential documents Comfortable working onsite Ability to comply with the vaccination policy in place Fluency in speaking and writing French Nice to have: Looking for a long term opportunity
