Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Build account relationships through strong product knowledge
• Troubleshoot client inquiries and communication innovation
• Project manage large value orders and custom opportunities
• Recommend products/services to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales potential
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes and orders using CRM/ERP software
• Perform order/quote processes including data entry and reporting
• Develop and explore new opportunities with new clients

What We’re Looking For Includes:

• A college or University degree is not required but is an asset
• 4+ years of sales and business development experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office a must along with CRM experience
• Exceptional organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a solid customer service focus
• Highly evolved time management skills with a strong sense of urgency and very detail-oriented
• Highly motivated self-starter with a great sense of humour
• Retail and marketing experience an asset
• Must have a valid passport as this role has 25- 30% travel to trade shows and clients required
