Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with both individual and business clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies
  • Translate technical information into plain English for clients unfamiliar with tech jargon
  • Drive sales targets for retail and B2B segments
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Perform product demonstrations and effectively showcase unique features


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or sales, preferably in technology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about technology and gadgets
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays


Bonus Points For:

  • Prior B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of computer components, gaming systems, or other related tech
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


Compensation: Wages are based on 20% of gross profit (Base + Performance Bonus)
