Cleaner/Superintendent

Presently, we're on the lookout for a Part-Time Building Superintendent/Handyman to oversee two locations situated in Newcastle, conveniently just two minutes apart. Our team is eager to welcome an individual characterized by a positive outlook, a personable demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Position: Part-Time Superintendent
Shift: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Hours: 25 hours per week
Rate: $18.00- $20.00 per hour Responsibilities:

• Suite Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential units.
• Hallway Inspections: Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas.
• Light Bulb Replacement: Address any burnt-out bulbs promptly.
• Litter Cleanup: Ensure tidiness indoors and outdoors by promptly picking up litter.
• Garbage Room Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in garbage disposal areas.
• Waste Removal: Manage garbage and recycling removal efficiently.
• Tenant Requests: Attend to various tenant requests, including those related to dishwasher, faucet, and plumbing issues.
• Sliding Door Installation: Execute installations of sliding doors as needed.
• Paint Touch-Ups: Undertake minor paint touch-ups to maintain aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in junior-level repairs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Part-time.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
