Qualifications: Graduate in Physiotherapy or Chiropractic from a duly recognized university. Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists / Chiropractors of Ontario. Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation clinic. 3-5yrs Leadership Experience- in a healthcare/rehabilitation management role Strong financial acumen Experience working with Veterans is an asset Key functions and responsibilities: Lead a people-first culture. Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic. Leading recruitment & Retention: Hiring, Onboarding, Training and Performance Management of all staff members Overseeing and managing billing practices, accounts receivables & payables Auditing clinical practices to ensure high-quality care Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care Providing ongoing evaluation of progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care. Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic. Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development. Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce so employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
