Join our dynamic team as a Community Manager and take charge of creating an exceptional experience for tenants and visitors at one of our Class A commercial buildings. We're seeking a candidate with a unique blend of hospitality, creativity, business acumen, and tech-savviness to foster a thriving community both on-site and virtually.

Be ready to step into an exhilarating opportunity with the Property Management team at this location as it undergoes a remarkable rebranding transformation. Discover a world of exciting possibilities, with state-of-the-art amenities, including cutting-edge conference rooms and a vibrant tenant and sport lounge boasting a golf simulator experience and all managed through the property app. We will rely on the Community Manager to handle the administration of this app and the p roperty social media accounts, as well as maintain the property website, and create captivating internal marketing collateral.

As the on-site Community Manager, your goal will be to provide exemplary concierge services, acting as an informational resource for the property and ensuring superior client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Coordinate and execute diverse programming, including events, conferences, and social gatherings.

  • Manage property amenity spaces and maintain property programming budget.

  • Collaborate with fitness providers for health and wellness programming.

  • Create captivating marketing collateral and establish partnerships with local retailers.

  • Assist property management with tours, welcome collateral, and events for new tenants.

  • Maintain property app and social media pages, providing regular updates to tenants.

  • Act as a building ambassador, offering concierge services and maintaining a welcoming presence.

  • Stay informed about local attractions and coordinate reservations and tickets for tenants.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and provide detailed reports on events, billing, and usage.

  • Generating accurate reports on client requests and service billing to tenants.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of related experience in client facing roles in either commercial, hotel, mixed use or hospitality setting.

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and event planning.

  • Excellent host and ability to engage participants.

  • Eye for clean and concise marketing collateral.

  • Extensive knowledge of local venues and adept at matching preferences.

  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse client needs.

  • Quick thinking and efficient problem solver.

  • Proactive, approachable, and solution-focused.
