Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is currently seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our clients team for a 5-6-Contract role in Toronto, ON. The position offers a competitive salary of $19.95 per hour, involving accurate entry and validation of Non-Retail Credit data, ensuring database integrity and compliance with banking policies.

• Pay rate: $19.95/hour.

• Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

• Job type: 5-6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Input and validate Non-Retail Credit data accurately and promptly.

• Maintain customer records with appropriate borrower classifications and risk ratings.

• Prepare comprehensive CARDS Presentations reflecting complex lending arrangements.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy in database entries to safeguard data integrity.

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work and reside in Canada is a prerequisite.

• 2-3 years of Data entry and Validation experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

• Preferred: Experience in the Banking or Financial industry, knowledge of database structures, and familiarity with lending policies.
