Job Description

• Responsible for all day-to-day B2B Accounts Receivable function that involves invoicing B2B partners.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end activities related to AR.
• Provide adhoc reporting and analytics support to retail finance team.
• Provides support in Financial and SOX operational audit activities on a periodic basis.
• Perform account reconciliation.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or finance with 3-5 years of experience.
• CPA accounting title is a plus.
• Knowledge of Telecommunications billing systems.
• Strong ability to prioritize, manage time, organize work and multi-task.
• Ability to analyze solutions and suggest recommendations.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Experience in a related field is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Excellent knowledge of office tools and Word, Excel and Visio software or Aris.
• Good written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingualism English and French is a plus.
