Position Summary

The Golf Attendant l is responsible for ensuring that all golf needs of guests are met and that their golfing experience exceeds their expectations by providing excellent customer service and assistance as needed.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Approach golfers at the first tee and communicate necessary information to golfers regarding their round
• Maintain pace of play on the golf course in a diplomatic, calm and respectful manner
• Offer assistance and advice that may be helpful to our guests
• Assure all golfers obey the cart rules
• Maintain a clean and attractive Players Assistant cart
• Provide a high standard of service at all times
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Golf course/ golfing experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Must be able to stand for extended periods. 
• Must be able to operate a golf cart and other equipment in a safe manner 
• Available on weekdays and weekends, early mornings to late afternoons.
