resh has a wide range of juices, smoothies, hot drinks and alcoholic drinks to highlight on our menus. A Lead Bartender would be providing customer satisfaction by preparing, assembling and serving all of our signature drinks in our busy restaurants for dine-in and take-out orders. Reporting to the General Manager, a Lead Bartender is also responsible for leading and training Service Bartenders to ensure high quality product is served consistently.

The ideal employee would be an energetic, personable, team player who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and organization skills. An individual in this role would strive to keep both morale and productivity high.

What Are We Looking For?

• Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Able to complete physically demanding tasks - standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
• Comfortable with handling a knife
• Has Smart Serve Certification or Food Handler Certification (bonus)
• Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)

Summary of Responsibilities

• Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly without sacrificing quality
• Keeps the bar area clean and sanitary up to policy standards
• Ensures all bartenders are following the same practices according to Fresh policy and training
• Educates and articulates product knowledge and ingredient benefits clearly to coworkers and guests
• Ensures all equipment is working, being cleaned properly and used safety
• Prevents all supplies and ingredient shortages by completing inventory counts and placing orders
• Communicates with management about concerns regarding workflow, equipment, safety and employee morale
• Participates in the full cycle hiring and promotion process for bar staff
• Assists General Manager with the implementation of any new systems
• FIFO- ensure all bartenders are following FIFO and using day dots for product rotation
