Job Description - Membership Project Lead

about this team

The Loyalty team's focus is on building guest loyalty through driving retention, frequency, and connections with various guest segments. The Loyalty team is responsible for building the strategy, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and the member experience of guest facing Loyalty programs as well as constantly evolving and building on the program. 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • You work under the leadership of the Manager, Membership Operations to drive multiple complex workstreams & timelines forward and keep them on track. 
  • Lead the process, maintenance, communication strategy and risk-mitigation of projects.
  • Owns building key operational processes & tools across the loyalty team and cross-functional partners to create efficiencies in how we work & plan.
  • Responsible for compiling options and impacts work and providing to cross-functional stakeholders and decision makers with clear recommendations.
  • Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with cross functional partners to consistently develop and evolve processes, and to ensure that new standards are understood and incorporated into the execution of projects. 
  • Improve overall ways of working by creating and maintaining workflows, processes, RACIs, and other operational resources, to improve efficiency and standards of operation.
  • Responsible for partnership with Retail & GEC teams to ensure updated & successful enrollment, tools, training, communication and support 

qualifications 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Passionate about creating world class guest experiences
  • Proven project management experience
  • Able to proactively drive work forward, seeking coaching and guidance as needed
  • Loyalty, operations & retail experience is an asset
  • Knowledge and adeptness with Smartsheet and Confluence an asset
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven time management skills
  • Innovative and creative thinker 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving 
  • Strong administrative skills (planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree is an asset

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - 107,000 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
