Occupational Therapist

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients with physical and/or mental health impairments.
• Utilize clinical expertise in assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Demonstrate sound professional judgment and excellence in collaborative teamwork.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1–3 years of experience in occupational therapy, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Has experience with return-to-work processes, interdisciplinary care, and management of chronic pain and concussions.
• Exhibits a strong passion for the profession and ongoing professional development.

Skills Required:

• Possesses a master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Registered in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.
• Expert clinical skills in occupational therapy with strong professional competence.
• Exceptional abilities in assessment, intervention, and case management.
• Independent judgment and decision-making abilities
