Pro Shop Clerk- Twin Rinks

Under the direction of the Sports Store Supervisor, provide positive service and sales to all prospective customers in a friendly and timely manner in a clean and organized environment.

• Retail Sales & Customer Service, in a friendly “Guest Support” manner.
• Store and skate shop cleanliness
• Opening and closing store procedures
• Skate sharpening and possible repairs
• Simple equipment repairs & maintenance within the Sport Store.
• Stock must be monitored, and all inventory kept clean and the shelves replenished when needed.
• P roduct receiving
• Maintenance of equipment
• Report to the Sports Store Supervisor all relative information, including but not limited to shift changes, problems, and trends in sales by way of customer requests or problems.
• As a member of the facility team, receive direction and support the facility in areas directed by the Supervisor and / or Manager on Duty.

• Customer service
• Hockey knowledge
• Computer skills
• Cash handling experience
• Retail sales
• Ability to work flexible schedules, primarily evenings & weekends
