- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in cashiering, including handling transactions accurately

- Experience in store management, supervising, and training staff

- Organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and store layout efficiently

- Phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members
