Senior CRM Analyst

As Senior CRM Analyst, you leverage technology to identify and explore key opportunities that impact our business. You partner with the CRM Manager in performing feasibility studies, defining project scope, and analyzing and providing solutions for a variety of business cases.

Responsibilities

• Study marketing data such as customer information, customer patterns, and demographics to support decision-making tactics such as personalization, propensity, segmentation, and acquisition;
• Translate business requirements and goals into technical and actionable recommendations;
• Lead requirements gathering, refinement and development of various CRM projects and initiatives;
• Analyze theories based on business objectives and provide solutions and measure impacts for stakeholders;
• Envision new solutions in collaboration with the CRM Manager to provide optimization opportunities based on the brand’s objectives;
• Optimize existing procedures and methods, design and develop new automated solutions to facilitate operational decisions;
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, quantitative finance, or related field of study;
• 5 years + of related experience.;
• Experience in working with databases and using/aggregating data from multiple sources;
• Understanding of data mining techniques and advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics;
• Knowledge of Google suite tools, SQL, JavaScript.
