Support various initiatives from reporting, accounting, business metrics, KPIs, process and ERP system implementation. Opportunity Details

Key responsibilities and oversight:
• Support preparation of management reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Identify inefficiencies to drive process and controls improvement
• Manage internal and external relationships including Sales and other business support
• Special projects including ERP implementation, conversion of ASPE to IFRS and others
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile GL Accounts, support cash, payment, and inventory
• Support in evaluation of new business opportunities both locally and globally
• Diverse role with various support to the CFO, Director, and other ELT members.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA-CA or CPA)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a large or mid size public accounting firm
• Experience with CPG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, or related sectors is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with IFRS and ASPE accounting standards
• Strong SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
