We are currently hiring for the position of:
SENIOR MANAGER, CONTENT
As the Senior Manager, Content, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing TIFF's social media and video content strategies. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will lead a team of producers responsible for creating engaging and compelling content across TIFF’s social media and online video channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Letterboxd) and in-person at TIFF Lightbox (in-cinema, digital signage).
Your primary focus will be developing innovative campaigns, developing content calendars, and ensuring brand engagement and growth across all social and video channels to showcase and support:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation: Oversee the creation and production of high-quality, engaging content for TIFF’s social media platforms and video channels. Ensure content is tailored to each platform's audience and objectives.
This includes content capture for live and pre-recorded events and in-studio interviews.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and videos for optimal engagement and reach. Coordinate with internal and industry stakeholders to support programming, revenue, development and partner initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Establish, track and analyze key performance metrics (eg. engagement, reach, conversion) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media and video content campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better results.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Working with the Partnerships and Programming teams, develop and execute on brand, media and programming partnership activations to deliver on KPIs and maximize reach and visibility for TIFF and our partners.
Budget Management: Manage the social media and video content budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor spending and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Process Management: Create and manage efficient team processes, including production and campaign workbacks, scheduling, contract management, production tracking, sign-off, licensing, and archival footage maintenance and distribution strategies.
