As ATB’s next Senior Product Manager Retail CRM (Experience Cloud) , you are responsible for working in a consultative role representing the business in defining their needs and requirements while being able to translate the ‘what’ into the ‘how’; exhibiting a key understanding of underlying technologies, level of development effort and working hand in hand with the development team to deliver an idea into a reality – continuously delivering value along the way. As a Product Manager, you play a key role in the intersection between business, design and technology, with the ultimate goal of maximizing business value from a product or service. A deep understanding of Experience Cloud and Salesforce in general is key to success in this role.

The Snr Product Manager, Retail CRM (Experience Cloud) is accountable for the subject matter expertise in the area of product development and product life cycle management including the creation, development, research and implementation of competitive and market leading functionalities and strategies in support of various business units within ATB. This includes an in-depth understanding of existing products and offerings, developing and implementing product strategies and corresponding tactics that will lead to achievement of the short and long term adoption growth objectives that meet the needs of customers around Alberta and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops and manages activities for our CRM platform leveraging the capabilities within Experience Cloud and salesforce ecosystem from product definition and planning through to production, release, and end of life.
• Serves as the product resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
• Perform investigation and analysis on existing processes and proposed solutions to inform product roadmap and backlog
• Act as the technical and product representative for owned tools and APIs, illustrating deep understanding of business and technical requirements
• Provides input throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line
• Liaises with engineers, UX designers, Project Managers, and business counterparts
• Enforces agile methodologies throughout projects
• Accountable for the creation and management of product management artifacts including but not limited to; Product Roadmaps, Product Backlogs (User Stories), StoryBoards, Release Management Plans and others
