Responsibilities: - Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all operational activities
- Manage merchandising
- Oversee front-end operations
- Handle recruitment and development of store staff
- Organize scheduling and inventory management
- Create an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store’s success
Qualifications: - Friendly and helpful team player
- Strong communication skills
- Safety focused mindset
- Passion for people and business
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent time and productivity management skills
- Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
- Completion of secondary school, post secondary preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
