We are currently seeking a Tax & Treasury Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to various stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

• Cash management, cash forecast, maintain appropriate cash flow
• Maintain banking relationships
• Intercompany entries, transfers and reconciliations
• Oversee monthly sales tax filing requirements and remittances
• Follow up on tax audit requests as required by the government
• Balance Sheet reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany and sales tax accounts
• Foreign exchange adjustments
• Month end accruals and closing entries
• Support month-end closing and the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Ensure financial policies and procedures are enforced and inform the Senior Management of any areas of concern
• Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of internal controls over financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); MBA (preferred)
• CPA designation
• Prior experience on tax legislations and internal controls is a plus
• 7+ years’ experience in financial reporting in a public company environment, with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
