Warehouse Administrator

Description: This person will be responsible for supporting shipping/ receiving team. They working in the office as well as on the floor. In the office, they will be coordinating with different departments to have a smooth flow of frieght between buildings and internal transfers.

• They will be using MS Excel to track allt he transfers to be done.
• Coordinate between various departments on what needs to be inspected and sent for the day to the customer.
• Verify all the paperwork for purchase orders.
• Handle shipping / receiving paperwork.
• Maintain google sheets.
• Assign orders to picker and receivers.

On the floor,

• They will go on the floor to inspect the products
• They are required to work in cold environment for when they are on the floor as it is all refrigerated facility.

Shifts Available:

• Early Morning.
• Must have relaible trasnportation as shifts are not transit accessible.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Pay: $18/hour VALUE:
