Responsibilities: - Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas and tools - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Manage front desk duties when necessary - Drive retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products Skills: - Proficient in hair styling techniques for various hair types - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of retail sales and upselling techniques - Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide recommendations - Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment -Training in all skills available -Comission based salary -Tips paid out weekly
