We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our evolving Partnerships Team (based in downtown Toronto but also open to remote candidates). This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for the media and affiliate industry, and is ready to begin their career in the space. The ideal candidate has recently graduated from a relevant program of study, and is eager to support a seasoned and highly collaborative team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Partnerships team in onboarding and troubleshooting client requests
  • Ensure web properties are up-to-date for Credit Card, Banking and Investing verticals by doing bi-monthly content audits 
  • Responsible for delivering affiliate product updates for assigned accounts, including banking, and investing rate updates, and changes to credit card products
  • Enter sales stage data into Salesforce as necessary, ensuring the accuracy of information
  • Generate both partner and departmental reports as necessary
  • Support the fulfillment process for customer incentives that derive from marketing campaigns
  • Generate distinct billing sheets for partners as required 
  • Support Account Managers in all aspects of campaign delivery and work collaboratively with all members of the Partnerships team
  • Assist with the execution of processes, systems and projects that support the sale and delivery of digital advertising.
  • Support other members of the team as required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent graduate from a relevant postgraduate program of study required (i.e. Advertising)
  • Passion for the media and advertising industry
  • Strong skills in excel required with an eagerness to upskill wherever necessary
  • Excellent communication skills with a highly collaborative mindset
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and organize competing tasks
  • Familiarity with the affiliate market and experience with programmatic advertising is preferred but not required.
