Acushnet Canada Inc., home to the leading brands in golf (Titleist and FootJoy), has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our head office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the senior management team, coordinate a variety of company events and programs and assist the Sales & Marketing and Finance groups. Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to senior management team including preparation of presentations and reports, distribution of information, updating of Adobe sales documents and other ad hoc activities. Plan and coordinate meetings including booking travel and venues, planning events, ordering awards and making dining reservations. Assist management team, partners, sales representatives and other associates with travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels and rental cars. Administer and update various Sales programs and policies; communicate with stakeholders. Provide general administrative support including ordering office supplies, processing weekly mail, administering the company service award program, maintaining vacation records, and maintaining the facility access card system. Assist with the coordination of all company events including booking venues/rooms, arranging catering and sending invitations. Perform a variety of finance-related duties including sales and marketing program tracking, entering admin-related POs into ERP system, processing online/electronic payments using bank portal, receiving and printing a selection of expense reports and supplier invoices from email, managing and record keeping of related reports. Assist with onboarding of Sales and Marketing personnel including ordering of uniforms and equipment. Administration/tracking of hours for payment of contract personnel. Other special projects and administrative duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or communications preferred. Minimum of three years’ administrative experience working with senior managers. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced PowerPoint and Word skills and Intermediate Excel skills. Intermediate Adobe Editor skills. Event planning and coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and record keeping skills. Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of basic accounting is an asset.
