Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper for a top client of ours. This is an exciting opportunity to work for the accounting team of a well established manufacturing company in the agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and preferably some experience working in a manufacturing type work setting. Job Duties: Maintaining records of financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. Recording financial data into general ledgers. Maintain the trial balance by a reconciliation of general ledgers. Making corrective adjustments. Adjusting entries. Monitoring variances from the projected budget. Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Requirements: Accounting Diploma or Degree is an asset. Administrative Writing and Data Entry Skills. 2-5 years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience. Ability to Analyze Financial Information and Reporting Research Results. Attention to Detail and Thoroughness. Strong Typing Skills- 60 WPM or Higher Strong Verbal Communication Skills. Positive Attitude & Team Building Skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-Motivated with Excellent Problem-Solving Skills. Solid Organizational Skills.
