Job Description:

Phillips 66 is seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans and proposals - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry - Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals and agreements - Track and report on key performance indicators and progress towards business development goals
