About the Opportunity

Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a  Business Systems Analyst to join our team in  Vancouver, BC , on a  full-time basis .

As our new Business Systems Analyst, you will work in collaboration with the Operations and Engineering teams to help to design, implement and maintain scalable business systems and processes to support a rapidly expanding company. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Assistance to internal stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams within the organization to ensure they can effectively use technology in their operations. This includes troubleshooting, offering technical insights, and ensuring strategies are well-supported by the latest technological solutions.
• Website Management and Enhancement: Monitoring to ensure optimal performance, implementing updates, and making adjustments to enhance user experience and functionality. We strive to keep the website not only operational but also innovative, reflecting the dynamic nature of our business.
• Collaboration for Website Optimization: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, our role extends to improving the website in ways that specifically support these departments. This includes optimizing the site for lead generation, ensuring the content aligns with marketing campaigns, and enhancing user engagement to support sales strategies.
• Automating away toil. We are a quickly scaling company that is optimizing our processes for the long-term. We are looking for someone who sees repetitive work as a pain point that can solved in a much more efficient — and fun! — manner with automation.
• Enhancement of Integration Tools. We are committed to improving the integration of tools, streamlining processes, and enhancing the efficiency of the organization. We focus on customizing tools to fit the unique needs of our processes, ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and ease of use, thereby contributing to a more efficient operations.

More About You

This role necessarily encompasses a wide variety of technologies and skills and we absolutely do not expect candidates to have experience with all of them. The most valuable skills in this role will be to  stay curious and to  learn new skills quickly . That said, in addition to the technologies mentioned in the ‘About the Opportunity' section, experience in any of the following is an asset:

• Dynamics 365
• Wordpress
• Excel
• SharePoint
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• MySql
• IIS
• Windows Server

As our ideal candidate, you have a solid understanding of PCs and Windows, networking fundamentals, security/cryptography, and general IT troubleshooting. You have impeccable written and spoken English language skills, as well as effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with in the GRC industry is an asset. Above all, you are an enthusiastic self-starter who is keen to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
