Cannabis sales associate

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Associate where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving retail sales. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves- Utilize computerized systems for sales tracking and data entry

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities including French are a plus- Experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred- Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer programs like Excel- Capable of heavy lifting when restocking inventory- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00-$20.72 per hour
