This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative working from home, you will: Primarily receive Inbound Customer Service Calls. Provide a solution-based approach with each customer interaction including: Sharing facts and features about the clients' products to ensure the product meets the customer's needs, such as Cell phones and Smart Home monitoring. Supporting Business class customers who either own their own business and or have a discount through a major company they work for. Sales attempts required on all calls. Thoroughly answering questions and resolving any concerns regarding billing concerns, new account or phone orders, business needs such as Unison, connected home and starting to get into basic cable packages Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include: Some sales (any kind) preferred but not required 6 Months Customer Service Required High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
