Job Description - Dental Software Sales Consultant

About the Opportunity:

You will work with our products to support the Canadian Dental Practice Management Business. Our on-premise products are well established with strong customer loyalty and we are poised to bring our cloud product to market later this year!

As well as handling inbound, qualified leads you will also be responsible for identifying target sites and proactively engaging them – driving our ‘Pivot to the Cloud’ strategy.

As an industry expert, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the sales process and building the value of transitioning, ultimately resulting in increased spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales journey for practices transitioning between our PMS solutions.
  • Effective probing to understand motives for change and business goals.
  • Match relevant solutions and upsell Value Added Products as part of the transition
  • Negotiate and drive maximum return
  • Overcome Objections
  • Drive strategic thinking behind the growth of Dentally
  • Product Demo

Qualification & Requirements

  • 1+ year software sales experience
  • Proactivity

  • This is a hybrid role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building
    • Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

Our Recruiting Process We try to make our process as simple as possible whilst giving you and us opportunities to learn about each other.

  3. Manager Interview
  4. Assessment Center Interview

The assessment center interview consists of two days. Day 1 is an in-person panel interview. Candidates selected for day 2, will then be invited for a shared meal the the hiring team, day 2 of interviewing, which is focused an presentation allowing you to demonstrate your sales skills.

Compensation:

On-target earnings are $94,250 – $109,475, based on a 45% target commission and a base salary of $65,000 – $75,500.
