Job Description - Digital Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
  2. Digital Content Management:
    • Assist in creating, editing, and managing digital content for the company’s website, social media, and other digital channels.
    • Ensure all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Monitor and engage with audiences on various social media platforms.
    • Schedule and post content, track engagement metrics, and report on social media performance.
    • Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and file management.
    • Support digital marketing initiatives by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  5. Technical Support:
    • Provide basic technical support for digital platforms and tools used by the company.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to digital operations.
  6. Market Research:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support digital marketing strategies.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective digital operations.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, digital marketing, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media management tools, content management systems).
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.
