Graphic Designer

WE NEEDWe’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team based out of our Global head office in Surrey BC. 

Working closely with the Marketing team, and reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Junior Graphic Designer will provide support to multiple departments at Absolute Results and be a key part of all B2B and B2C efforts. 

As the Junior Graphic Designer, you will be  responsible for maintaining the highest creative and communication standards in both traditional and digital media formats for all our marketing campaigns. You will also work hand in hand with the Marketing Department and Senior Management team, developing and executing a dynamic mix of B2B and B2C campaign assets.  These campaigns will include both digital and traditional creative collateral that effectively represent the company's products and services to the marketplace.

YOU HAVE

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related fields or; 2-4 years’ relevant experience in concept creation, design processes, and file preparation

• Intermediate-level experience with Adobe CC

• 1-3 years’ Prepress & Print experience preferred

• Strong understanding of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

• An eye for ‘what will look good’ on screen and in print

• The confidence to put forth your own ideas and solutions for creative problems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,  including but not limited to proofreading, analytical and decision-making skills
