HR Associate - Sales, Recruitment and Administration

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR Sales, Recruitment and Operations, ensuring compliance with Canadian laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to candidate selection and orientation.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, reviewing and updating policies as needed.
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Resources Management, ( PHR, SHRM, HCI, CHRP will be an asset).
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a front end role.
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing HR staff.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
