Position : Inside Sales

Location: Vaughan, ON

Salary: $65,000 Yearly

Industry: Manufacturing / Project Coordinator / Inside Sales

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive experience
• Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate the information to the respective personnel
• Support ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, etc.
• Assist customers and sales representatives with product information and other inquiries
• Produce sales reports as required
• Occasionally travel may be required to assist with trade shows
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• University or College Degree, with a focus on sales/marketing, is an asset
• Experience in the lighting or architectural industry is considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
