What You Will Be Doing: 

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service in-store and over the phone.
• Complete sales transactions, banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing duties.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and assist in acquiring new customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.

Who You Are:

• Must be fluent in French.
• A minimum of one year of successful experience in both trades and customer service roles.
• Familiarity with roofing is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Exceptional customer service abilities are a must.
• Motivation to excel within a stable and expanding company is key.
