Inside Sales / Shipper Receiver Specialist

Inprotech Inc is currently seeking Inside Sales Shipping / Receiving Specialist to join our team in our head office in Cambridge.

As a member of our team, you will be the front line to our customers and vendors. Shipping/Receiving and working closely with our sales and marketing team to assist them in preparation of quotations and the coordination of order entry. This role is suited for a person who enjoys multiple roles with a high degree of accuracy. You will have the advantage of working with a great team and nationally recognized brands some of which are exclusive to Inprotech Inc.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous, and effective customer service.

· Updating customer information into our CRM.

· Ensure prompt and courteous response to customer enquiries.

· Communicate with and support other areas of the company.

· Provide back up to all other aspects of our business, as required.

- Shipping / Receiving / Quoting

· In-house and on-the-job training and support provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A preference of Business Vision operating platform.

· Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong communication and relationship building skills.

· Accuracy and attention to details is a must.

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
