Journey Flooring has a great opportunity for someone to join the Installation team in Langley as a Labourer.

This teammate will be reporting directly to the Project Manager/Coordinator. Journey Flooring provides flooring for new construction and renovations with a focus in contractor sales, commercial installation, residential installations and high end custom homes. We are looking for your application if you are self-motivated, hardworking, excited to take on any task whichsupports the team

Job Duties Include:

+ Install a variety of commercial flooring materials, including but not limited to carpet, vinyl, laminate, and tile.+ Interpret project specifications and blueprints to determine the layout and installation requirements.+ Must be able to install Resilient sheet goods and flash coving.+ Prepare surfaces for installation, ensuring proper adhesion and smooth, level substrates.+ Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to achieve project goals.+ Identify and troubleshoot issues during the installation process, providing effective solutions.+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and precision of installations.+ Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to create a secure working environment.

We Require:

+ Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience (MUST HAVE RED SEAL)+ High School or secondary diploma or equivalent (MUST HAVE RED SEAL)+ Experience in a warehouse environment+ A clean Class 5 licence+ Criminal record check+ Good knowledge of the LowJourney Flooring has a great opportunity for someone to join the Installation team in Langley as a Labourer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36.00-$41.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
