What you do:

• Accounting administration
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts payable accruals and reconciliation
• Payroll accruals
• Sales reporting analysis and review
• Month-end closing processes
• General and sub-ledger journal entries and reviews
• Intercompany transaction preparation and reconciliation
• Other duties as directed

Who you are:

• College or University degree in Accounting
• pursuing or just completed a professional accounting designation
• Strong technical accounting understanding
• Experience in an environment with multiple legal entities
• A critical thinker who is detailed and organized
• Intermediate or above Excel skills
• Ability to learn technology tools quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, positive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to take initiative and an interest in continuous learning
• System: Pacific Solutions and Sage 50
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
