Job Description - LG Regional Field Sales Representative- GTA

Title: Regional Field Sales Representative

Reports to: National Field Manager

Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Compensation: $52,000 - $57,000 plus car allowance, mobile phone, bonuses, and more

Location/Region: Ontario

 

Match Retail is currently seeking an enthusiastic Regional Field Sales Representative with a comprehensive understanding of home appliances to elevate brand visibility for our esteemed global client. As a Regional Field Sales Representative, you will cultivate and oversee client relationships at corporate, dealer, and retail levels through coaching, training, and supporting various vendors, retail locations, and dealerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the retail level.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with retailers to enhance brand advocacy.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives.
  • Conduct scheduled training sessions on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in securing prime retail locations for product placement.
  • Collect market analysis data and report on product perception trends.
  • Plan and execute training and launch meetings to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Offer sales support and product consultation to retailers as needed.
  • Monitor merchandise stock levels and report on demand fluctuations.
  • Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points.
  • Address issues affecting brand integrity and presence.
  • Provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and LG.
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and field promotional activities.
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers through incentive events and programs.
  • Offer strategic input to leverage the client brand.
  • Develop a sales plan to optimize sales performance within each retailer.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • Proficient in the home appliance industry (essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling home appliances.
  • Experience in territory management.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Track record of successfully training and motivating sales teams to surpass performance objectives.
  • Ability to travel within the market.
