Job Description - Office Administrator


* Obtain permits as required.
* Prepare and send invoices to customers.
* Maintain and update driver files.
* Maintain and update equipment files.
* Save and process Bills of Lading and Proof of Delivery documents.
* Create customs documentation for loads crossing the border.
* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Perform general administrative duties
* Replying to all incoming emails in a professional manner
* Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office
* Provide excellent customer service to incoming calls
* Handle administrative requests and queries from senior management
* Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
* Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
* Cooperate, communicate and work closely with the sales team.
* Tracking & tracing/monitor shipment status and relay status to customer
* Schedule appointments for inbounds and outbounds
