Real Estate Sales Representative

With the launch of our residential home building company, Seymour Pacific Homes , we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and marketing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales representative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Your contributions to the team include:

• Organize and host events, such as open houses and property tours, to showcase our townhomes and build relationships with prospects
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.in a timely manner
• Conduct evening and weekend showings and walk throughs as required
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Attend networking events to promote the business and generate leads in the local community
• Generate sales leads and maintain pipeline information in data base

What you need to be successful:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
