Seymour Pacific Homes , we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and marketing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales representative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Your contributions to the team include: - Organize and host events, such as open houses and property tours, to showcase our townhomes and build relationships with prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.in a timely manner
- Conduct evening and weekend showings and walk throughs as required
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Attend networking events to promote the business and generate leads in the local community
- Generate sales leads and maintain pipeline information in data base
What you need to be successful: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
