Receptionist / Customer Support Have you provided customer service or thought about trying? Maybe you are into Administration? Are you an Account Manager, a Customer Service Representative with personality and computer skills to back you up, if so, we should talk! Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel. Respond to customer inquiries providing exceptional customer service for our clients, via phone and email communication. • Greet visitors, customers and vendors in a pleasant and helpful manner, directing them to appropriate personnel or meeting place. • Take detailed and clear telephone messages with superior communication to customers and staff. • Responsible for incoming mail. • Responsible for front counter pick up and deliveries. • Accountable for daily bank deposit and transmittal data entry. • File management (Word, Pdf’s, Excel etc.) Skills and Qualifications: • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office. • Knowledge of accounting • Customer service experience (ideally in a technical environment). • Superior communication (both written and oral), time management skills, and an eye for detail. • Ability and willingness to switch gears at a moment’s notice. • Ability to work independently within a strong, fast paced, cooperative environment. Bonus Marks: • Any type of print knowledge. • Certificate program graduate, Post secondary or equivalent work experience. • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. • Web site management or maintenance experience.
